How we use AI on this site.
The AI Finance Guide is openly AI-assisted and is created through this site’s Hermes editorial workflow. We do not use an outside article mill or unattended third-party generation pipeline as our production content engine. The goal is to create practical resources that readers can verify and use.
Where Hermes may help
- Research planning and topic clustering.
- Drafting outlines, article sections, resource pages, and tool/resource UI.
- Summarizing source material for review.
- Generating checklist, worksheet, and project-blueprint drafts.
- Quality checks for risky claims, missing caveats, and unclear next steps.
Where AI is not enough
AI tools can hallucinate, misread sources, miss recent changes, or overstate confidence. We therefore treat AI output as a draft or assistant, not as final authority. Tool pricing, model capabilities, business rules, and platform policies should be verified from current sources before readers rely on them.
Automation policy
Our long-term goal is to run a daily Hermes cron job after the site is fully rebuilt and ready for AdSense resubmission. That future cron should create review-ready articles, tools, templates, or site improvements plus a quality report. It should not use the old outside generator pipeline, automatically publish content, or deploy changes without explicit approval.
